GENERAL OFFICE POLICY

In order to perform the best possible care for our patients, we must use all the time allotted to carry out these procedures. Therfore, patients who are more than 10 minutes late will have to reschedule.

Patients who do not show for their appointment or call to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance will be charged $125.00.

If you so choose to give us a bad check, we will charge you $35.00. No excuses and no exceptions.
